My Business Partner Project, which is carried out by Istanbul Gelisim University, is being implemented within the ENHANCER Project, funded by the European Union and conducted by the International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD) in coordination with the Directorate General of Development Agencies under the Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Türkiye, participant applications started to be accepted.
Within the scope of the project, it is aimed to integrate Syrians with "temporary protection" status into social and economic life through volunteer mentoring university students, and it is planned to provide various pieces of training to the participants in line with this goal. With the training, the participants will be encouraged to entrepreneurship and the sustainability of the enterprises and entrepreneurial ideas of the participants who have an existing business will be ensured. Workshop activities to be carried out with training will contribute to increasing the permanence of the training by consolidating them.
Within the framework of the project, which includes 6-week training activities and 4-week workshop activities, once a week, 20 mentor university students and 30 Syrians with the status of "Temporary Protection" will participate.
