The activities to be carried out within the scope of the My Business Partner Project, which is being implemented within the ENHANCER Project, funded by the European Union and conducted by  the International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD) in coordination with the Directorate General of Development Agencies under the Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Republic of  Türkiye,  are as follows:

• Orientation Program

• 6-week training activities, once a week

• 4-week workshop activities, once a week

• Focus Group Interview

• Employment Fair

The 6-week training activities will be held at Istanbul Gelişim University for approximately 3 hours once a week and the training contents will consist of the following areas:

1) Business and Brand Management

2) Stress and Time Management

3) Effective Communication and Body Language

4) Pre-Accounting

5) Commercial Law-Summary information

6) KOSGEB Grant Incentives

The 4-week training activities will be held at Istanbul Gelisim University for approximately 2 hours once a week and the workshop contents will consist of the following areas:

1) Communication Activity

2) Teamwork

3) Stress and Time Management

4) Techniques for dealing with difficult customers
