My Business Partner Project which is carried out by Istanbul Gelisim University, is being implemented within the ENHANCER Project, funded by the European Union and conducted by the International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD) in coordination with the Directorate General of Development Agencies under the Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Türkiye completed the second step of the training phase.

Following last week's "Effective Communication and Body Language" training, the "Business and Brand Management" training was held on Monday 12th of June as an important step in achieving the project's objectives. Establishing a company in Turkey, management processes, executive modeling, branding, labor rights, and documents required for establishing a business were discussed within the scope of the training which was given by Dr. Sarp Güneri from Istanbul Gelisim University.  As the project includes Syrian Under Temporary Protection (SuTP) participants, simultaneous translation of the training into Arabic was provided to protect the quality of implementation. The training, in which the participants showed great interest, ended with a question and answer session.
