The 5^th step of the training activities was completed within the scope of the My Business Partner Project implemented by Istanbul Gelişim University within the scope of the ENHANCER Project financed by the European Union and carried out by the International Migration Policy Development Center (ICMPD) with the coordination of the General Directorate of Development Agencies of the Ministry of Industry and Technology.

Within the scope of the project, ‘Commercial Law Summary Information” training was held on July 10, 2023, within the context of the summary information transfer, in terms of behavior and transaction executions in accordance with the legal rules and procedures in the business life of the participants. Within the framework of the training carried out by Lecturer Onur Koru, the legal processes related to the sub-branches of Commercial-Law, business establishment and activities were discussed within the framework of Turkish Commercial Code. At the same time, company types such as limited and joint stock were introduced and information was provided on their distinctions. Since the Project also includes Syrian participants, simultaneous translation of the training into Arabic was provided to maintain the implementation quality. The training, in which the participants showed great interest, ended with a question-answer session.

With this training carried out within the scope of the project, it is aimed to ensure that the project participants have the necessary legal background regarding business processes for entrepreneurship, as well as understanding the language of law in general.
