The 2nd  workshop activity with the theme of team building was completed within the scope of the My Business Partner Project implemented by Istanbul Gelişim University within the scope of the ENHANCER Project financed by the European Union and carried out by the International Migration Policy Development Center (ICMPD) with the coordination of the General Directorate of Development Agencies of the Ministry of Industry and Technology.

The workshop, which was conducted by Training Coordinator Prof. Dr. William MOSIER, started with the "Guess Who" game in order for the participants to get to know each other closely as a prerequisite for being a good team. In the game, participants anonymously shared information about themselves, and other participants tried to guess who the person on the randomly redistributed cards. Afterwards, it is emphasized that team formation was a process rather than an output, and the gains such as creativity, intellectual diversity, and better performance of acting as a team were discussed. At the same time, participants created teams for devotion to the group, common benefit, and common goal of the group with the carried problem-solving activity. Within the scope of the workshop activity, the participants, who developed solutions with their teams for the case studies prepared in line with the problems they may encounter in their business life, provided important gains on group dynamics.

It is aimed to contribute to the process of developing team awareness and being a good team player, which are among the key skills of the age, both in social life and in business life with this workshop which was held within the scope of the Project.
