More than 400 people attended the fair where approximately 40 institutions from the education, service, industry, and civil society sectors opened stands. Sector representatives participating in the fair included universities, private companies, public institutions, and non-governmental organizations.

During the fair, students and company officials were interviewed and the company officials provided information to the visitors about job opportunities, internships, and career opportunities in the sectors. In addition, the firms gave their advice about their HR policies, corporate cultures, and working conditions of the sectors. The fair was an important opportunity for university students graduates and the Project participants to get to know the sectors and employers, improve themselves, show their skills, and shape their career planning. Employers were also able to access qualified employees thanks to this fair. In this sense, the fair created a win-win situation both for visitors and employers.

It is aimed to contribute to the qualified employment of the labor as well as the dissemination of the Project with the employment fair.
