“Stress and Time Management” Workshop Was Held



My Business Partner Project which is carried out by Istanbul Gelisim University, is being implemented within the ENHANCER Project, funded by the European Union and conducted by the International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD) in coordination with the Directorate General of Development Agencies under the Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Türkiye completed its third workshop activity with the stress and time management on the date of 7 August 2023.

The workshop, which was conducted by Training Coordinator Prof. Dr. William MOSIER started with an activity that enabled the participants to think about the problems they may encounter in business life. In the activity, where the participants were randomly divided into teams and wrote a word about entrepreneurship and shared this word with other team members within a 5-minute period, with this way the participants were enabled to improve their communication skills in a limited time at the end of the activity.  Following this activity, substantial information on stress and time management was shared with the participants, and the benefits of the effectiveness of time management were discussed on the axis of targets within the scope of the time management activity.  Then, this goal-oriented activity was carried out on the matrix axis for prioritization the tasks as “urgent-not urgent, important-not important”

With this workshop held within the scope of the project is aimed that participants were able to cope with possible stress factors in their business and social lives, as well as minimize the time-related stress factor by gaining time management skills. With this workshop activity, it is also aimed that provide the participants with an analytical perspective on how they can analyze the importance and urgency of the tasks in business life as in the case of target-based work for better organizing skills.
