The orientation program within the scope of the My Business Partner Project implemented by Istanbul Gelişim University within the scope of the ENHANCER Project financed by the European Union and carried out by the International Migration Policy Development Center (ICMPD) with the coordination of the General Directorate of Development Agencies of the Ministry of Industry and Technology was held on Monday, 29 May.
 
The program, which consisted of 30 Syrian participants with the status of "temporary protection" and a total of 50 people participated, took place with the participation of project administrative coordinator Alisa USUBOVA, project training coordinator Prof. Dr.William Mosier, and project expert Ece Nur YÜKSEL. Following the opening speech,  training coordinator Prof. Dr. William MOSIER made a presentation about the goals and activities of the project. After the details of the project were conveyed, ice-breaking activities were organized with the participants to strengthen the cooperation within the scope of the activities that will last for 10 weeks. Within the framework of the program, which was carried out with the intense interest of the participants, a situation analysis study including cultural and social screening sections was applied to determine the quality of project implementation and achievements.
 
Thanks to the orientation meeting it is aimed to facilitate the adaptation of the participants to the 10-week training process and thus to increase the effectiveness of the project.
